Short Film Competition
“Cinema is the most beautiful fraud in the world” -Jean-Luc Godard.
Are you one of them eager birds wanting to make big in the film industry? Do you have something new to tell the world? Are you ready to make people stand up and take notice of your imagination? If you have what it takes to show the world what you are, then take the stage and unravel your talent.
The rules for the event are:
1. All films must adhere to this year's theme of “New Media Expressions” for the 2017 Media Meet Short Film Competition.
2. Films may be in any language or have no dialogue at all. Films with dialogues need to have English subtitles.
3. Each film must not be more than 10 minutes.
4. The short film must be original and no watermark of any kind should be on the film.
5. The film must be of highest quality possible.
6. Adult content of any kind will not be entertained and would lead to direct disqualification.
7. Films once entered cannot be withdrawn.
8. The film can be submitted in a CD/DVD format to the above contacts on or before July 20,2017, 5.00 PM.
9. Films will be judged entirely on the relevance of theme, concept,creativity aspects etc.

Paper Presentation
Paper presentations are gathered by general subjects or points into sessions which includes three or four presentations followed by a discussion between the presenter and the audience. Every moderator in the session makes a formal twenty-minute presentation of their work; Q&A session follows which aids to the understanding of the session. Session Chairs present the speakers, keep time on the presentations, and encourage the exchange. Every moderator's formal, composed paper will be accessible to members if acknowledged to the journal.

At the Session - The session holds the time allotted 20 minutes each to a presenter, where much focus is given to the implications and the conclusion of the paper.

Q/A Session - This structure allows for 15-20 minutes for extended discussion following all presentations, during which time the presenters have the opportunity to elaborate on their work in response to questions from the audience or ideas generated by other papers and group discussion.

Panel Discussions
A panel discussion, or simply a panel, involves a group of people gathered to discuss a topic in front of an audience, typically at scientific, business or academic conferences, fan conventions, and on television shows. Panels usually include a moderator who guides the discussion and sometimes elicits audience questions, with the goal of being informative and entertaining.

Plenary Session
A platform where speakers from the best of the lot, specially chosen from around the sphere meets to offer enlightening talks on the topics of conference delegation. The formal session will comprise of various speakers scheduled for different plenary sessions throwing insights . It opens different perspectives and dimensions of the topic.

At the Session - The session are scheduled for 60 minutes long where the speaker shares his knowledge about area of discussion. These are venues were targeted information is exchanged.

Q/A Session : The sessions are intended to be interactive. It provides a forum for discussion where the audience could voice their opinions and raise questions.
